Years ago, my first therapist was obsessed with Bollywood movies. He wanted me to watch Hollywood Bollywood very badly, so he “exchanged” a copy of it on VHS with me for $2. He said it was fine, bc I was just paying for the tape. I thought the movie was meh. He never helped me.

I have something to share! I've been writing a novel very on and off since May. I wanted to have it done by the end of the year, but yeah, not a chance. It's fiction, which is a first for me. I've always strictly been a creative non-fiction and poetry person.

Earlier, I was thinking a lot about Sylvia Plath. I also wrote a poem about wishing I could undo things in my life. Then I started reading The Midnight Library, and in the front pages I found both Plath and the ‘undo’ theme. Seems like this is the right book at the right time!

I was hoping to have the novel done by the end of THIS year, but that's not going to happen. I got really stuck on it quite a while back and haven't gotten back into it. Maybe I'll pick it up again if I feel inspired. I still wrote a lot and feel good about what I did write!
