So, about a month ago, I was told I was cancer free, and wouldn’t have to scan again until January. Well, a few little things popped up, and I will scan again in the morning and find out results Friday. So, send a prayer up for me or good vibe/thought. whatever you do.

I keep saying it, Micah Parsons is Harrisburg’s Bo Jackson. He could be the top DE on the board or the top RB. Guy couldve been an elite wrestler. Guy used to walk off the football field and onto the hardwood tomahawk dunking with no warmup. He’s a generational talent.

Met with oncologist yesterday. I am 100 percent donor DNA, which is what you want. He says he feels positive about where I am at heading into next week’s scan. Please continue to send the prayers and good vibes as I head into those scans and tests. Appreciate you all.

I am 161 days post bone marrow transplant. I have some issues still, and don’t always feel great. That said, in Nov. my docs in Harrisburg told me we were out of treatment options. In March, Johns Hopkins told me I didn’t “have a speck” of cancer. Amazing how far Ive come.

Finally, tomorrow, June 17, marks my return to work after bone marrow transplant. I'm not near 100 percent, but I'm working on trying to get back there. Thanks for all the prayers along this road, but please keep them coming. Now, let's tell some stories. :).

Hopkins says scan was amazing. There's still a small spot that lights up, but her opinion is it's good to go for transplant. Doc gets final call. He may decide, because of how well Ive responded, to do another couple mnths to try to shrink it more. Or, we may go to transplant.

I go to Johns Hopkins in the morn for the second round of my clinical that I really need to be working. So, when you go to sleep & when you wake up in the morning, say a prayer or send those good vibes my way - specifically that hits the mark, kills the Hodgkins & heals me.

I'm 38. I've been doing this for 21 years. I've covered a ton of guys who have made it to the league. Some who had very good careers. The Dallas Cowboys just picked the best athlete I've ever covered. I don't think they're going to regret Micah Parsons.
