In recent years, Prof Schabus has been increasingly involved with modern eHealth solutions for insomnia and is developing sleep² : ‘The virtual sleep laboratory for the home’ at the University of Salzburg.

In addition to establishing and heading the internationally renowned ‘Laboratory for Sleep, Cognition and Consciousness Research’ at the university, he has published numerous articles on learning during sleep, as well as on healthy and disturbed sleep.
