A temporary diversion will be in place for the South Downs Way at Cheesefoot Head, Hampshire, From Monday 8th August until Friday 19th August 2022. The diverted route will be clearly signed on the ground and will allow you to continue on your journey along the South Downs Way.

A section of the South Downs Way at Alfriston, East Sussex, is closed to the public from 25th July to 12th August whilst track repairs are undertaken. There is a diversion in place (please follow link) for you to use for the duration of the closure.
