A year ago I crashed which lead to later finding out I‘d torn through 80% of my Rec Fem tendon. Pretty cool to start the season in rehab and end it with 3 pb's, and a Worlds silver. Big thank you to the team @BritishCycling and everyone who has helped, excited for what’s to come

Pretty gutted, never nice finishing 4th. I didn't back up my 1st ride, decided to change a couple things and it didn't quite pay off. Frustrating as after TS as I know the form is there. Still lots to be proud of with a 0.5s pb & national record. Sprint’s next for me on Monday.

World silver medalists Bittersweet to break the world record in the final only for the Germans to also do the same and beat us by such a small margin. Still amazingly proud of the whole team, it's a big step up and a lot of confidence moving forwards! Onto the 500m tt today
