Musk has yet to review one program. Dumping line items and claiming waste by the title of the line item is absurd. I was a Contract Compliance Officer and I did review federal funds going into programs. One small $20,000 program took me days to review and about 2 to 3 weeks to draw my conclusions and write a report. Here we have 7 people saying they have reviewed billions of dollars by just looking at the line items. It would be funny if it was not for the MAGATs who believe this shit.
