Adhikari’s Image of the week: Malignant thyroid nodule. Hypoechoic relative to adjacent thyroid tissue. A nodule that is ‘taller than wide’ in shape, increases risk of malignancy. Can also have irregular edges. Tend to demonstrate intranodular vascularity. #POCUS
