I’m 62, only one person in my family has had cancer, that is recent but before covid, she also worked in the NHS for a while so will have had vaccines for her job.
The increase in cancer patients has grown steadily with the increase in vaccines and other injectables!

I find the only permanent solution for this behaviour is a vitamin Pb injection delivered multiple times at twice the speed of sound.
Often it can be achieved with just one injection so it’s relatively cheap.
