How to pack for 3 different trips, all LS related (in total or partially), all slightly different climates, all w/ carry-on only, all at the same time.

Ended my trip with a minor — unexpected — miracle.
Thought I was in for a leisurely morning before my 4pm flight. Rolled over at 7:45am and discovered it’s canceled.
Had been rebooked on the 10am flight. 😳
From my bed in Leicester Sq to the gate at Heathrow in 90 mins. 🎉
