My Alienware x15 R1 with an RTX 3080 GPU got fried, and I can’t even get a motherboard replacement. Now tell me, @Dell @DellCares @Alienware what am I supposed to do from here? I already reached out to your service centers in Nigeria. Are you seriously telling me my only option is to buy another Alienware laptop? I have a lot of friends using Alienware laptops, some I even recommended and bought for them. If I can’t get mine fixed, how would they be able to fix theirs if something similar goes wrong? I’ve been using Alienware for a long time, this is my fourth Alienware laptop. It’s normal for a PC to have issues, but not being able to get a fix or replacement is just unacceptable ( I don't have the support service subscription or a warranty but i am ready to cover the replacement cost )
