Don't rely on the reports of the Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council, their reports have always been highly communalized and misleading. They categorize any incident where a Hindu is a victim as a communal incident or minority persecution.
BHBUC reports are not reliable and are highly communalized. They are doing it for a long time, in an incidents if a vicitm is Hindu, they listed it as communal attack whether it is Communal or not. For example, in a report published on August 9, they labeled some Hindu deaths as communal killings, but none of the killings were actually communal. My post on this :
