According to an Axios analysis of EPA data, Nashville has seen its air pollution levels drop by about 7% since 2014. Improved air quality correlates to decreased poor reproductive outcomes, decreased dementia risk, and fewer asthma attacks. Read more at

Socket the Dog had an amazing time participating in the festivities at the Metro Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Sustainability was center stage at the Historic Courthouse, as 5,000 energy-efficient LED lights adorned the 30' foot tall, locally-grown Norway Spruce!
