The first 3 day online session of the Soar mentorship program ended on such a high note of wisdom and inspiration! Thanks Hon Ninsiima Hellen for that eye opening talk, then the session was closed with remarks from Mr Jacob Eyeru, Chairperson of National Youth council. #NYP

It is Day 2 of the mentorship program but the impact of the sessions on participants was deep and astounding. Hon Yusuf challenged us with his own experiences of practicing integrity and accountability and His Worship Mr Matanda, made a compelling case for values based leadership

Day 1 of Soar Mentorship with over 50 young leaders at university and the national level was great! Our Director, @NDIMEGGA emphatically articulated the great need for visionary, ethical, and committed leadership for Africa. Let the eaglets spread their wings and fly!

What a way to close the retreat for these exceptional young leaders! Frank discussions on discipline and the habits that create greatness; the sharing of experiences. They return home with knowledge and experiences that will positively shape them for the rest of their lives!

What a great way to start the day! A thought provoking talk from our director, Megga, kicked off another day of learning, reflection and connection. The focus is on self discovery. As participants shared their reflections with each other, it cemented a sense of shared purpose.

The Archers' League camp 2025 took off to a great start! Participants engaged in mind stirring discussions on the place of youth leadership in Africa. We then delved into the overarching role of purpose in leadership development, winding down with team building games.
