@lazyish_li @UnchartedX1 It became clear while we were there that the entire hill is an artificial structure. The blocks we see are just the tip of the iceberg. If the entire thing was excavated and scanned, maybe we could put it back together!

More on this same corner of megalithic wall in Cuzco. There is a section just to the right of the corner blocks, where the stones have separated about an inch, revealing the amazing complex surfaces of both blocks, and how they fit each other perfectly. It is difficult to capture with a camera, but this short video shows it pretty well.
Have spent a lot of time looking at sections of this wall with @UnchartedX1 There are many interesting features, but the exposed areas that would have been fitted against other blocks is truly amazing.

Scanning some of the original granite megalithic wall remnants in Cuzco. Note the exposed surfaces that would have been fitted against adjacent blocks. They are beautifully carved, the fit would have been perfect all the way through the thickness of the block.
