@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Someone is, and that's going to be a problem. Peace in our time doesn't end up being that.

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Yeah, we've all read the power of geography or whatever; trouble is that excuses Russian agression against pretty much anyone not its ally on the European plain. Surely you're not that much of a shill.

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Yeah you got this one. All a big coincidence. I look forward to the next series of coincidences in like 2034

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette I mean you were adamant that it didn't happen 2 seconds ago, but sure, all a big political stunt. And then Russia coincidentally invaded shortly after, and doubly coincidentally really wants those areas ceded in any peace agreement. Very serious.

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Completely support, probably not,but it would pretty significantly reduce European absolute need to buy Russian gas,at least in the short term. Again,as a primarily extraction economy who also use oil and gas as a foreign policy tool that is a not small problem for Russia.

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Those reserves being closer to Europe, cheaper, and without ties to an adversary we're a complete nonfactor? And it's complete coincidence that the specific regions Russia wants ceded control almost all of it? Glad we're not being unserious

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette I agree they don't need MORE of many resources, but they're factually an extraction economy to the extent they basically have to aggress any possibility of being undercut. For example Ukrainian oil and natural gas deposits and their willingness to sell to Europe

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Which is a large part of why they've taken it; so wouldn't be against doing so again if there was cause. Especially against a weakened Ukraine, with weaker Western backing.

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Again, absolute bollocks I'm afraid; Whatever is left of Ukraine finds significant oil or natural gas deposits,or other valuable resources on what's left of its territory and Russia will have legitimate security concerns immediately.

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette I mean yeah, but those goals being thwarted doesn't mean they weren't their initial goals, nor that they won't be Russia's goals in the very near future.

@dewaledew @Moorezyman @adangommaa I mean I said Rashford and Greenwood is a sex pest so I think my point stands

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Occupy? probably not, install a friendly government? Absolutely given the chance, which does the same thing for European security. It'd be like NATO borders with Belarus

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette Horseshit frankly; gunning so hard for Kyiv initially they'd absolutely have taken it all if Ukraine had capitulated as thought.

@_1kylem @KampfmitKette In taking Ukraine won't Russia add like 3 NATO borders onto itself. This seems odd if their only goal was to avoid NATO borders,no?

@Moorezyman @adangommaa As a loan move it would've made a lot of sense π€·ββοΈ some chance it clicked for him like it is now, little downside if it didn't. Might've meant we didn't spend nigh on 200m on bloody Antony and Sancho

@Moorezyman @adangommaa At his lowest in those 6 years he benches every winger we've had bar Rashford at his absolute best.
