@n7gooner1886 @BootsUK Other than the text saying they’d identified a problem with it there’s no reason given on the tracking. It just says “please contact the sender for queries” which isn’t a lot of help.

@n7gooner1886 @BootsUK Thanks. Yes it’s genuine in that if I track the parcel it now says returned to sender. Oh that’s useful to know, although the second parcel with one item of my order arrived okay so would have thought both labels would’ve been printed the same. But then again maybe not.

Happy New Year Everyone! I hope 2025 is a gentle one for you. Dolly & I spent New Year’s Eve on the sofa and my bed with a book. And today we’ve been to family for the afternoon ❤️

Merry Christmas from my little house to yours. I’ve had a lovely but exhausting day at my parents ❤️ Still got a few gifts left to open but don’t mind spreading the magic over a few days 😊

@marksandspencer That’s okay as long as you’re aware. I think the afternoon tea one is the same as well because I considered that one before deciding on the coffee one for the gift. So might be worth getting someone to check all the similar items.

@marksandspencer Hi Simon, I can’t find that at all on the app which is where I saw it and ordered it from unless I’m missing it when I read it through. I’ve screenshot all the information that comes up when I look at the product on the app.

So fed up with @AmazonUK supposedly handing my parcels to the resident when I am in & have not received said parcels. It’s not outside my door or around the building. And now I have to wait 24hrs before I can report them as missing! Extra hassle I could do without!!

@mookpixie @bigfan_of_cats Ooh thank you! They look like they do some similar to magic gloves with grips but waterproof so I might give them a try. I actually have a pair of sealskinz but the ones I’ve got are a little bit big for me (next size down was too small) and don’t have grips

@bigfan_of_cats I had a joystick control power assist for my manual chair but still couldn’t hold an umbrella and control it 😂

@bigfan_of_cats I had some but found they kept twisting on my thumbs (might be because I’ve got Gecko push rims with a grip on them already) plus they got soaked in the rain 🙈 but thank you!

@Sazzi91 Thanks. Unfortunately my parents did but thankfully had it milder. 🫂

@TheRehn My parents tested positive but had it much milder. We’re all negative now & although they’re back to normal I’m still slowly recovering as it’s knocked me back quite a bit (combined with changing meds it’s proving quite rough) Hope you start improving soon!

Feeling a lot better than I did but still a long way back to how I was a few weeks ago. Having to use extra aids still. Grateful I’m already on the mend & that it wasn’t any worse.
