The major problem with this type of enforcement is that those responsible for it have immunity from lawsuit. It is the tax payer who bears the liability. This needs to change!

Absolutely Nothing in the Constitution limits American citizens to recreational only use of firearms or the type, style, design, caliber or operational mechanics of said firearm. It does restrict government from placing any limits on ownership of a citizen bearing arms.
