I'VE KEPT THIS A SECRET FOR TOO LONG. This post won’t go viral. But for those who find this hidden gem—it’ll change your life. I was lost, broke, and frustrated—until I figured out how to scale to $30M+ in sales—no massive ad spend, no stress, no guesswork. Bookmark this: 🧵

A friend offered 50% off to win sales. He thought he was clever. For a moment he thought he was right. Orders flooded in. But months later, I met him again. Burnt out. Bank account at 0. Begging his customers to stay. He had built addicts. Not buyers. He thought he could

The problem with 99% of ecom guys: You'd rather flex fake screenshots for engagement than learn how to build a brand that changes your life forever.

You don't "deserve" sales. You deserve the results of your work. No traffic? That's on you. No conversions? That's on you. Stop crying about algorithms. Start building systems that print money while you sleep.

Your 1st product will fail. Mine did. And so did the next three. But every failure taught me something: the kind of copy that converts. the kind of ads that flop. the kind of niches that don't scale. by the 8th try, i had a winner. most people quit before they get there.

People say: "Meta ads don't work anymore." wrong. Your ads don't work. Because you're: Selling a boring product. Testing 1 creative and hoping. Using copy written by ChatGPT. Don't blame the app. Blame your marketing.

My 1st product? Phone case with glitter in it. I thought I'd be a millionaire. Got 2 order. Both were refunds. Today we ship 30000 orders a month. Lesson? Your 1st product will suck. And that's okay.

How do i know a dropshipper will fail? They say this: "I don't copy others. I'm building something unique."

Just to be absolutely clear: If your ad doesn't hook in 0.8 seconds You've already lost the sale. That is how quick thumbs scroll. Study TikTok. Steal their pace. Then sell.

Want higher conversion rates? Here's how I took a friends struggling store from $500/day to $10K/month: Added 3 things to his product page: 1. A guarantee (reduces risk) 2. Social proof (reviews, UGC) 3. Clear CTA (no distractions) In that exact order.

Harsh truth: ROAS isn't an indicator of success. I've seen guys with 5x ROAS who can't even pay their AMEX bill. Cashflow > Screenshots. Always.

I once helped a guy launch a boring kitchen tool. No hype. No trend. No big budgets. 3 months later it was doing $600K/month. Why? Because we didn't chase trends. We chased something people use every day. The ugliest products pay the most.

How do I make $1M/month in ecom? I ask myself boring questions every day. How can i raise AOV by $5? How can i find a cheaper, better supplier? How can i raise prices by make it look like it benefits them? That's how I add millions per year at scale.

Your ad shouldn't say: "Our hoodie is made with premium cotton." Cool. So is everyone else's. Try this: "I've worn this hoodie for 12 days straight. Still soft. Still fresh." You're not selling materials. You're selling the experience.

Scaling isn't about finding trendy products every month. It's about making your existing winners last. I've run the same product for 3 years. Yes angles and creatives have changed but the offer stays the same. Consistency > Trend chasing.

At 8 figures/month, I've stopped obsessing over ROAS. I care about: Blended margins, inventory velocity, churn on subscriptions, lifetime value VS CAC. Ads get you off the ground. Ops is what keeps the plane in the air.

Every ecom guru brags about CPMs. I don't. I prefer MER. CPMs lie. ROAS lies. Only MER (total revenue + total spend) tells the truth.

Ecom gurus love talking about post purchase surveys. I tested 3 versions. Only 1 worked. Instead of asking: "Where did you hear about us?" I asked: "Which ad convinced you to buy today?" That one word "convinced" doubled survey accuracy. And scaling started to feel illegal.
