How crazy is this? Irish wide receiver Chris Finke had 12 catches TOTAL his entire high school career because they ran the triple option. Never got to show college coaches what he could do. Because teammate Nick Coleman was being recruited by ND, Finke got a shot to walk on at ND

The piped-in crowd noise and marching band music at Notre Dame’s practice this evening is the loudest I’ve ever heard. The Irish aren’t taking any chances for what they might hear (or what they might not hear) against Texas A&M at Kyle Field on Saturday night.
