@jeanpaulw @TheChiefNerd Flat files would be crazy. If it was real old then maybe a hierarchical database instead of a relational one. COBOL is capable of using both types of database systems. Really curious if it's flat files.

@Kmptrgeek @TheChiefNerd You can embed SQL in Cobol. I've seen Cobol using Sybase, Oracle, and DB2 databases. Maybe the systems are old and using a Mumps database...or maybe just flat files...which would be crazy.

All these contracts are about destabilizing other regions.
Today, the Department of Agriculture terminated 18 contracts for a total of ~$9mm, including contracts for “Central American gender assessment consultant services”, “Brazil forest and gender consultant services”, and the “women in forest carbon initiative mentorship program.”

@WSMV Had a gun pulled on me in front of a Dollar General. MNPD wanted nothing to do with it. Wouldn't even look at the video which had face, license plate, gun, etc. Nashville isn't reporting all it's crime either.
