Good morning, Wildcats! We have a late start on Monday and it is Courtwarming week! Everyone is invited to participate in the dress up days! We also have a home Scholar Bowl meet! Read all about it in this week's PK-8 Monday Message:

The JH Dance was a success! Everyone had a great time. 💜💛

Come through the circle drive doors for the JH dance. Doors will be locked at 7:45 for admittance.

JH dance on the Red Carpet is starting in 10 minutes. We will be dancing til 9. It is $3/person, $5/couple, or 3 canned goods per person.

🌟 This week, we celebrate National School Counselor Appreciation Week! 🌟 A huge thank you to Mrs. Crews & Mrs. Potter for their dedication to our students. Their guidance, support, and care make a difference every day. Please join us in showing appreciation for all they do!

Hip, Hip, Hooray! It's the 100th Day! Students and staff celebrated the 100th day of school by dressing as their 100 year old self or wearing a fun shirt! They also participated in a lot of 100 day activities throughout the day.

Scholar Bowl--The meet this afternoon is being postponed as Madison is not in session due to ice. The new date will be announced as soon as it is known. Scholar Bowl team we will practice tonight until 4 pm in Ms. Reeters room.

Career Center students will not travel to SCCC today.

Slater Schools will have a late start Wednesday, February 5. Staff arrive at 9:30 Doors open at 9:40 Classes start at 9:50 No breakfast will be served

The 2025 Courtwarming theme is WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE - Congratulations to the 2025 King & Queen candidates! Join us for Coronation after the Varsity Boys game vs. Cairo on Friday, February 14.

Congratulations to the Junior High and High School Scholar Bowl teams on their wins against Glasgow this afternoon. 💜💛 Both teams played well! We travel to Madison on Thursday for the next meet for both teams.

The JV & Varsity basketball games scheduled for Tuesday, February 4 at Sweet Springs have been cancelled due to illness at Sweet Springs.

JH Makeup Monday will NOT be held tomorrow, February 3, due to the Scholarship Bowl meet. It will be moved to Tuesday, February 4.

JH/HS Scholar Bowl competes in their first match tomorrow, February 3, at 3:30 pm in the Slater School Library. JH will compete first followed by HS. Come support these teams!
