Halo Reach is special man. Bungie switched it up and made a game with such clear synthesis between style and narrative. Telling a story of noble sacrifice in the face of hopelessness. Peak military sci-fi and creatively bold game

Ultimately I’d like to see the Old Republic era lore, excluding KOTOR stuff bc that’s very original, reinterpreted through a more creative lens. Not bound by needing to sell an MMO.

@ironcrakka the old republic era is awesome, but other than KOTOR, the era just retrofits SW’s most pulp elements for an MMO and cranks it up to 11. It doesn’t stand wholly on its own. But the Malgus book is pretty good and other than visually he’s not a Vader clone
