@BryPikkit Yes but it's surprising if most investors actually believed a BTC strategic reserve would be revealed today. News about legislation to help stablecoins is mostly positive but it's buy the rumor sell the news so same cycle.

The reserve news is positive too, at least much more positive than saying they're no longer looking to do it. However again it's a classic buy the rumor sell the news and this time the news was disappointing too.

For David Sacks press conference this has a much higher chance of being positive and could cause a nice pump but be aware of buy the rumor sell the news (for positive news especially) and that any major announcement would likely be left to Trump rather than Sacks. 2/10 Risk
