The people who are disconnected from reality are the cry baby asses who are demanding compensation for not being able to play there games, oh boo hoo people couldn’t stream for a day. And no shit doing things to be a content creator does just magically make you rich and famous, but like for real you and all these other dip shits are acting like the worlds going to fucking end because of this outage. For ones it’s already done and fucking over with. Also it’s not hard at all to get a clip, do a little edit on it and upload it. That’s exactly what entitlement is… when you expect to receive compensation. You pay for a service, sure but taking in the real world factor here that things happen and can cause the outages, from what is known it was a technical error on their end that could literally be anything. They do not, and a matter of fact no company owes anything to its customers when an outage occurs like it did. If they want to compensate than good on them, but DEMANDING compensation is in every aspect of the word ‘entitlement’.

It is a concern, it’s been a concern since buying games digitally started to become more and more popular. There are settings on both Xbox and PSN that allow your console to be the ‘home’ console for the account that should allow you access to games that are installed on the Harddrive even when networks experience outages
