Tip to viewers:. Don't go into someone's stream if their view count is low or the chat is quiet and say something like "Man it sure is dead in here". It's not funny or witty, it's unnecessary and in some cases can have a negative effect on that streamer.

Possibly unpopular opinion, but I think your VIPs in chat can have just as much of an effect on first impressions as mods. VIPs are important people for a reason, if you have bad actors for yours then it might be setting an example on what new chatters need to be or can do.

I'll be so real with you, I started streaming to get AWAY from this kind of treatment. We need to stop this. The fact that it's this bad for some is NOT okay and it shouldn't be tolerated at all, let alone come this far. Uplift your creators, we're doing our best for you guys.
I have never minded having people poke fun at me. I make fun of myself, I don’t mind people joking around with me. However, it has gotten to where it is not unusual for a comment in stream to be made about me being useless or anything being better than watching me from some.
