Will be interesting to see mechanistic studies - control of disease activity vs mechanism of drug. Still to see if prior Coronary artery disease (MI/Stroke) increases risks with JAKs.

If there is some inflammatory component it might minimize surgery to strictuplasty as compared to resection. Only if patient is willing.
