@StarHealthIns The customer service is so pathetic that just to get my premium receipt I had to call multiple times, WhatsApp connect is equally pathetic. I am really worried that to get as simple document as receipt is so painful and time consuming.

@HushPuppies_In what a piece of crap pair of shoes I bought from @HushPuppies_In. The sole has come out in just 3 months. Not sure if the seller will return/replace. Just a pathetic experience.

@SBILife Not able to generate MPIN.When asked to set MPIN, entered policy no. and DOB.Entered the above details multiple times and everytime get a msg "Please check your policy no or DOB". Called helpline for help,as usual useless.Better change Smartcare to SmartDontcare

@KurlOnOfficial Can anyone from Kurlon reach out to me. I have been using faulty Divine Plus mattress for over an year and there is no one to help me. Though I have bought the Kurlon product for the first time and definitely last time, I need this issue to be resolved.

@FaberIndia Does anyone in Faber takes care of their customers after sale?Bought a chimney, hob and sink. Just 2 weeks into usage, the chimney has some serious defects.Raised a call with Faber customer care and as expected nobody has turned up.Really disappointed.
