We did it! 1 year of parenting, while running a start up and young research group, and he survived it! We couldn’t be more grateful for this little joyful boy. Soon he won’t need our hands anymore to walk and I cannot wait to fully understand what he all has to say.

Today we would have had a spring festival in Zurich on which occasion the “Böögg” is burnt. It resembles a snowman and symbolizes the winter, and the shorter it burns, the longer summer will last. We had a mini Böögg at the lab, it took 9s to to burn it -> summer will be great!
