@Moobilizer79 @Crugcrypto @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 Not really. If we need more health workers (we do) it makes sense. They won’t come if they can’t bring family members. I guess the other option is that we fly people to Europe for treatment?

@Crugcrypto @Moobilizer79 @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 You are suggesting that we leave the UN. No government is going to do that. That would put us even beyond Russia, Belarus, North Korea who are all still members.

@Moobilizer79 @Crugcrypto @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 You haven’t thought this through at all. Those that successfully claimed asylum in another country & became eligible for resettlement have been through a similar asylum process as those in the UK. The irony is that economic migrants are more likely to contribute.

@Moobilizer79 @Crugcrypto @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 No, what I said is correct. The UNHCR does not operate a scheme for people wishing to claim asylum in the UK, as well you know. Their scheme is for resettlement of refugees who have already claimed asylum elsewhere, and it is extremely limited, hardly any numbers.

@Crugcrypto @Moobilizer79 @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 Laws that apply to all countries that are members of the United Nations (so pretty much every country). 1) Agree. 2) Illegal, not going to happen. 3) Illegal, not going to happen.

@Crugcrypto @Moobilizer79 @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 According to the law they are still asylum seekers. We can’t send them back to their country of origin unless we have assessed & rejected their asylum claims. Since Brexit we can’t send them back to France either.

@Moobilizer79 @Crugcrypto @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 That is what they are doing. However, they can only claim asylum in the UK from within the UK, hence the small boats. I agree with you that they should be able to apply from outside the UK. In fact the French suggested it, but our last government rejected the suggestion.

@Crugcrypto @Moobilizer79 @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 What is your suggestion for a legal way to reduce the number of asylum seekers coming to the U.K.? Small brained knuckle draggers like you have yet to come up with something workable!

@Moobilizer79 @Crugcrypto @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 If you are going to uproot, you would probably choose to go to somewhere you feel safe, well away, not next door to another unsafe/unstable region which is already inundated with refugees.

@Lordrantalot @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 French offer accommodation to all asylum seekers. They haven’t got 40k because unlike Tories, they didn’t stop processing claims. If you stop processing the backlog builds up. Those accepted have met the criteria to be defined as refugees. Who has made the process much easier?

@Crugcrypto @Moobilizer79 @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 Because those are the ones fit enough to make the arduous journey. The average citizen has got no chance of fighting an army.

@Lordrantalot @Marcus70672192 @RupertLowe10 France offers accommodation to people claiming asylum there. The ones on the coast don’t get it because they are trying to claim asylum in the U.K. Those playing the system get rejected/deported. The only reason deportations stopped is Tories stopped processing claims.
