@Mikaidesu @No2ofTheBLB I have sold a couple of batteries to people that had brand new vehicles because they didn't want another cheap OEM battery. I live in a remote area and people don't want to break down in the middle of nowhere.

@matt_thar_fish @No2ofTheBLB In australia we can get batteries that have upto a 48 month warranty. Do you have a stop start vehicle ? and always make sure you replace the insulation around the battery.

@matt_thar_fish @No2ofTheBLB In australia it's the opposite, batteries used to have shorter warranties and last ages. Now they have huge warranties and generally last just over the warranty. But they also use a lot more recycled material now. You can't just keep using virgin lead all the time.

@shansen008 @No2ofTheBLB That has a lot to do with cars now. Modern cars have a very high under bonnet temperature. Batteries like the same temperature you and I like. You will also find a lot of batteries now fail in summer, the peak season used to be winter when the car was a little harder to start.
