I worked in the USA before gender madness took hold. I didn’t encounter a single child with gender identity issues. Not one. I did find American children to be very over medicated compared to European children though.

A contraindication for cosmetic surgery is body dysmorphia. Patients have an obsessively distorted view of their bodies. “Gender dysphoria” is a subcategory of BD although the OCD focuses on secondary sex characteristics. Psychotherapy is the cure.
