Same here
Most of my life, I stayed away from shares and mutual funds due to a lack of knowledge. However, a dear friend convinced me last July/August to invest, as he was earning good returns. I did, and I also earned good returns for a couple of months, but since then, it’s been all downhill. Not sure of the cause—govt policies, domestic or international circumstances, my luck, or all of them combined—but sure won’t be investing again. As soon as I recover this loss (hopefully), I’ll sell and switch to good old FDs.
