My favorite character has to be Shouto hands down by far. I wouldn't have gotten into mha if he wasn't created. His story of healing and overcoming trauma is very inspirational to me. I connect with his journey of self discovery and just trying to be better alot.

Alot of people don't give Shouto credit for things that he has done or his character journey. He was the only one to try and do something about Dabi even if he lost while Endeavor stood there for many chapters not stopping it. We wouldn't even have got the Todoroki subplot

I don't understand the hate for Shouto and Dabi/Touya lately. They are both good characters get over it. People actually prefer Min*tea over Shouto. If you think that Shouto is a boring character then you don't understand what his character represents in the story overall.

Shouto and Touya as children in a hourglass, the sand has stopped falling. The boys are hugging one another while shadows of the present are above doing a similar action.
Shouto was able to stop time in that moment to save Touya as the sand had almost consumed him.
