@RupertLowe10 I feel as though I've heard this before. From a dozen MPs, and hinted at by a couple of PMs... and yet (brace yourselves!) NOTHING EVER F-ING HAPPENS. The system needs to change first. Otherwise a bylaw, a judge, a loophole, a distraction will always derail these supposed aims.
