We're at work 8 hours a day (minimum). It can take you 30-60 mins to get to work (or worse), and you need 8 hours of sleep. That's already 16-18 hours gone out a 24 hour day, leaving you with 6-8.
Factor in: Gym, kids, eating, pets, etc.....we have very little time to LIVE.
