@TwoPiArrrr @michaelmalice @JohnStossel No legal fiction is required. Freedom of contract suffices. Limited liability in torts is wrong as applied to active shareholders who hire and supervise tortfeasors. Like limited partners, inactive shareholders should not be liable beyond their investment.
