women’s rights activists. Founder of Women’s movement for justice and freedom

As a protester who has fought for years against the oppression and crimes of the Taliban, I consider the issuance of arrest warrants for Taliban leaders by the International Criminal Court a significant step toward justice. This decision reflects the voices of the victims and proves that atrocities will not go unanswered. We, the women of Afghanistan, welcome this action and hope for justice to be served. Our struggle for freedom and equal rights continues, and this step marks a victory for the pursuit of justice and liberty against tyranny and oppression.

Women in Afghanistan face oppression under gender apartheid, while the men’s cricket team represents the Taliban. Stand against this injustice. Use #BoycottAfghanCricket to demand action from the @ICC

This is Manizha Sediqi, one of the women protester who was recently freed from Taliban prison. She shares that during her time in detention, she was repeatedly subjected to gang rape by the Taliban, solely for protesting for her basic and fundamental rights. We call on the international community and human rights organizations to hold the Taliban accountable for their crimes against humanity in international courts and to officially recognize the gender apartheid imposed on women in Afghanistan. The world must stand together to take decisive action in the face of such atrocities.

Afghan women have endured three years of oppression under Taliban rule, stripped of education, work, and basic rights. Over 80 decrees have turned Afghanistan into a prison for women, denying their humanity and silencing their voices. We urge the world to act: 1- Recognize the Taliban's gender apartheid as a crime against humanity. 2- Hold them accountable in international courts. 3- Support Afghan women in their fight for freedom and equality. Your solidarity can bring hope and justice. Stand with Afghan women in their fight for dignity and rights.

Dear President Trump, First, I would like to congratulate you on your victory. As an Afghan woman protester and defender of women's rights, I respectfully urge you to reconsider the U.S. policy towards the Taliban. The Taliban has systematically violated women's rights and excluded them from participating in society. They are intensifying their oppression and human rights abuses against women every day. The Taliban must be held accountable for their widespread human rights violations and acts of terrorism. This group is a terrorist and criminal organization, and they have no place in power or governance; instead, they must face international trials. We need the support of the international community, especially the United States, to restore the rights of Afghan women and bring justice to our country.

A woman who had been severely beaten by the Taliban has tragically passed away in the hospital. Dozens of similar cases of violence and injustice occur daily, often remaining unnoticed by the media. We call for the prosecution of the Taliban in the International Criminal Court (The Hague) for crimes against humanity, and we urge the recognition of gender apartheid in Afghanistan. #Endgenderapartheid

#Courage and Resistance Against Oppression and Extremism: In a bold act of defiance, a student from Tehran's Science and Research University protested the university's strict regulations by removing her clothes and walking naked on campus grounds. This symbolic act was a response to the restrictions and pressures imposed on students. Reports indicate that the student was subsequently detained by IRGC intelligence forces and taken to an undisclosed location. We, the women of Afghanistan and Iran, endure immense hardships in our fight for a life of dignity and basic human rights. Yet, we are unbreakable and unstoppable.

The Taliban, in their latest decree, have prohibited even young women from hearing the voices of other women. Imagine facing such destructive and inhumane restrictions in the 21st century. The global silence in response to this blatant insult to the dignity of women by the terrorist group Taliban is deeply disturbing.

Afghanistan’s century-long reversal is starkly captured in two images. The first, from the 1920s, shows Queen Soraya_a symbol of progress who, alongside King Amanullah, championed women’s rights and education. The second, from 2021, reflects the challenging reality Afghan women now face under the Taliban’s restrictive dress codes, which suppress identity and dignity. This powerful contrast highlights Afghanistan’s journey from the hopes of modernization to a struggle for basic freedoms.

This video is from 2001, when the fall of the Taliban brought joy and celebration to the streets as people embraced freedom. Today, as protesting women, we fight with hope and faith in a better future, determined to end the Taliban’s oppressive rule. I believe that one day, freedom and justice will return to Afghanistan, as the Taliban’s cruelty has pushed the people to their limits. I also urge the people of Afghanistan and the world to unite in this cause, because if the Taliban is not defeated, extremism and oppression will spread beyond Afghanistan’s borders and threaten the wider region and world.

"This woman is carrying the Taliban flag in Toronto, Canada. Countries must act with greater care and caution in their immigration policies. In Afghanistan, hundreds of brave women are protesting against the restrictions imposed by the Taliban, and many women's rights activists and former security forces members have been forced into hiding due to Taliban threats and violence. However, individuals who support extremist ideologies like the Taliban are living freely in democratic countries like Canada. It is essential that all countries reconsider the asylum and immigration of those who support extremist and terrorist groups and return them to Afghanistan to prevent the spread of terrorism and extremism."

"Education is a fundamental right for every human being, yet for Afghan girls, it has become an impossible dream. Over the past three years, the Taliban has systematically banned education for women and girls. It’s time to put an end to this gender apartheid in Afghanistan. Stand with us in the fight for equality and education for all." #EndGenderAparthied
