We agreed upon these decisions at the working level. The next step is the official approval of relevant decisions by Hungarian colleagues.
We are working to introduce logistics corridors as an alternative to Poland. At a government meeting, we decided to open a new border checkpoint with Hungary, Velyka Palad-Nagyhodos. It will be open for passenger cars, which will help reduce queues and speed up border crossing for passengers. The operation of another Hungarian checkpoint, Luzhanka-Beregsurany, will also be expanded. Now, empty trucks and passenger and freight vehicles with a maximum weight of 7.5 tons will be able to leave without weight restrictions. The next step is the approval of relevant decisions by Hungarian colleagues.
