@1003TheBear Saw Marilyn Manson at Lee's Palace in the early 90s just after they released Sweet Dreams. Blue Rodeo at the Alymer Fair. Everclear at the Embassy in London Ontario. 600 people. There are so many more I can't count.

@journo_dale I was 13 when my parents took us to Toronto for another event. My dad had a convention in March, and he got a free hotel room and always took us. I actually got to see the filming of the escalator scene. Ended up loving Christopher Plummer from that day on. It was incredible.

@NewWaveAndPunk I was working in London Ontario in 1983 as a lifeguard at the downtown Holiday Inn, and the entire band came swimming at the pool I was guarding. I was 19. They were so very nice. And pretty good swimmers. I didn't get to see their show but still.
