Our Bitcoin library was audited. Our Monero libraries are being audited. Our Ethereum libraries have been sent off for auditing. We're handling quotes for our 1-round robust PVSS, used for key generation. Cross-chain swaps, done properly. That's our singular goal.

The audits of our Monero libraries have been fully funded by the Monero community! Many thanks to everyone who donated! We're happy we could contribute modern, memory-safe libraries and multisig to the ecosystem!

The necessary security proofs and audit will be done by @cypher_stack, respected researchers within the Monero ecosystem. Cypher Stack prior audited Serai's cryptographic libraries and employs some of the talent which built the RingCT protocol Monero uses today.

@cirosantilli @monero @Bitcoin It'd also require no non-stealth-addresses ever be published, the usage of MPC to scan outputs (preventing any single validator from learning the current set of outputs), and a trusted transaction publisher. It really would be extremely complicated/infeasible.

@Shft_Cntrl @THORChain It'd require an entire new cryptographic protocol and presumably be several months of work, along with hundreds of thousands of dollars in audits. There's a variety of other technical/logistical reasons it doesn't make sense at launch.

@Maya_Protocol @apesrus321 @Datapunke Zephyr is a fork of Haven, a fork of Monero, and does use Monero's CLSAG for signing (which we support) and CT outputs (which we support scanning/working with). It'd be possible to fork monero-serai to zephyr-serai accordingly :) True CN codebases would be more work.
