The DA's hope for all these councils is service delivery fails in all these councils and somehow get the required 2/3 to dissolve these councils when they can't make the 50%+1 to run these councils.
The DA in Johannesburg has received official confirmation that our motion to dissolve the Johannesburg Council has been successfully cleared by the programming committee and is set to be tabled by the end of November.
