Opened in 2014 at a cost of $2.2 billion, the Ivanpah Solar Power Plant in the Mojave Dessert was once touted as a breakthrough in renewable energy. Now, two of its three units are shutting down 13 years ahead of schedule, because of the skyrocketing cost residents are seeing with their energy bills. On top of the financial failures, the plant has also wreaked havoc on local wildlife, killing thousands of birds and harming desert tortoise habitats. Time and time again, we watch these so-called “green” energy projects fail spectacularly, yet instead of learning from these disasters, politicians like @GovWhitmer keep doubling down on the same reckless policies and spending priorities.

The only number that matters is one. Just one young girl losing an opportunity, just one female athlete put at a disadvantage, just one woman’s safety compromised—it’s enough to take action. This isn’t “red meat,” it’s common sense. Protecting fairness and opportunity in women’s sports isn’t about stats; it’s about principle.

Did You Know? The Michigan High School Athletic Association (@MHSAA) is a private, not-for-profit corporation comprising voluntary members—more than 1,500 public and private high schools and middle schools across the state. This means your school chooses to participate in the MHSAA and follows its rules, policies, and decisions. If you’re frustrated with the MHSAA's recent decision, your local school board has the power to take action. Let your school board know where you stand. Your voice matters!

.@GovWhitmer and Michigan Democrats continue to prioritize policies that make it easier for violent criminals, including rapists and murderers, to be released back into our communities. This puts innocent Michiganders at risk and disregards the rights of victims and their families.
UPDATE: @GovWhitmer says Alabama's execution this of a native Detroiter is out of her hands and that @onetoughnerd "unfortunately...sent him down there." Alabama is scheduled to execute Demetrius Frazier for a 1991 rape and murder in less than an hour.

RT @SenAricNesbitt: This isn’t a hard decision MHSAA. Boys compete against boys and girls compete against girls. Is it really going to take…

It’s time to protect women's sports. Full stop.
Michigan High School Athletic Association says they are not going to immediately comply with President Trump’s “Keeping men out of women’s sports” order. They say it may conflict with state law. Follow me here @DaveBondyTV for more @Riley_Gaines_ @elonmusk @kylenabecker @nicksortor

The time is NOW!
🚨 Michigan’s restaurant industry is at risk! 🚨 New regulations eliminating the tipped wage system could force small businesses to close, raise prices, and leave thousands unemployed. I’m fighting to stop this crisis—join me in supporting House Bills 4001 & 4002 to protect Michigan’s tipped workers and small businesses! #MILeg #TippedWages #SaveMITips #SaveMIRestaurants

When asked, her office claimed she was in Grand Rapids for an event. However, she has a constitutional duty to present a proposed budget to the Legislature. The people elected her, and the least she could do is deliver the presentation herself. Then again, her absence only reinforces her lack of respect for the legislative branch.

Today, Senate Democrats blocked action on House-passed bills that would restore the tip credit and protect local jobs and restaurants—despite strong bipartisan support in the House. Instead of fixing the problem, Democrats chose to cater to far-left special interests at the expense of Michigan workers and businesses.
🚨BREAKING 🚨 Senate Democrats on the Regulatory Affairs Committee just blocked a vote on BIPARTISAN bills to avoid the loss of 50,000 hospitality jobs in Michigan. Why are Democrats like @SenPolehanki and @JeremyAllenMoss afraid of allowing a vote??

Remember when @GovWhitmer vetoed $156 million for elementary school reading scholarships? I do.
