Selwood pupils are making Lanterns to be used in the Frome Christmas Light Switch parade on 22nd November. The company 'Light the Night', are working with pupils creating the lanterns today. Pupils will then carry them in the parade. #frometowncouncil #lightthenight #lanterns

On Friday the whole school were treated to a visit from the fabulous Ash Bond @ashbwrites, following the publication of 'Peregrine Quinn and the Cosmic Realm'. As well as introducing her book, Ash inspired the pupils to create their own stories involving portals to other worlds.

Yr 8 pupils had an incredible opportunity this week, participating in an Aircraft Challenge workshop run by the Royal Airforce at Frome College! They tackled exciting challenges, learning about the importance of teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation in the world of aviation
