@cherylockerby @Barrybados @lisburnett I remember - we used to come along! It seems so short sighted to take away all the free parking…. It was a total win/win today. We got free parking &fresh air, the beach got a clean it wouldn’t have otherwise got &we bought ourselves a well done treat helping a local business.

@MrsMuckEye I thought we had a Bullfinch yesterday but it was a particularly dashing male Chaffinch. Good to know they are close by though… maybe one day 🤞🏻

@MrsMuckEye Sounds absolutely wonderful! Have seen the egrets in the fields along Cardiff Rd but to see them from your garden is fabulous. Aren’t we lucky to have so much nature on our doorstep 😍

@MrsMuckEye We’ve had a woodpecker who used to come daily but haven’t seen him in a long time ☹️ We do get a regular flock of long tailed tits, we’ve had a male Blackcap last week and a Song Thrush in the garden pond (which was totally new to our garden list).
