For Valentine's Day, Ciel made a chocolate for Sebastian. It was the ugliest looking chocolate that Seb had ever seen and it was way too sweet, but he finished the whole thing anyway and gave Ciel a sweet kiss afterwards.

@orangecastle05 A question, if Diedrich knew about what happened, do you think he'd take o!Ciel's side or r!Ciel's? Seb thought about taking o!Ciel to Germany, so he seemed confident that Diedrich would help them.
