The main issue with mainstream reporting like @matt_levine is that they report what they think to be, not reality. What is the main tokenized real-world assets? MMF by far, with the leading being @BlackRock . Most of them are complying with securities laws.
Matt Levine continues to be one of the few mainstream commentators highlighting the obvious grift behind cryto’s “tokenise everything” mantra; year after year.

Custody is not lending. But bitcoiner are bitcoiner.
Make the rehypothecation of Bitcoin custody illegal.🚨 This is a VERY important consideration now that SAB121 has been rescinded. Here's an article I wrote that goes into detail why. I want this shared as aggressively as possible with US members of congress.
