@RnaudBertrand You want bulk purchasing and negotiating of the patented meds too. It is interesting that China has adopted a two tier system (price controls only for generics) similar to what the USA long pushed in its free trade agreements at pharma behest.

But some may need time to decide whether they would need to change their existing laws to comply with Art 6 restrictions on revocation remedies.

@jamie_love @WIPO One change is that the duty to provide opportunity to rectify is no longer limited to an applicant. It is ambiguous on whether members would have to allow a patent holder opportunity to rectify post grant, even for a (non fraudulent) knowing non disclosure.
