@lisakeb007 @christinabohons @TallyCat8 @HoCStandards go to Alsace for German,Biarritz for Basque,Perpignan for Occitan,up in to Pyrenees for Catalan,Corsica for some Corsu,Rennes for Breton,Flemish around Dunkirk,maybe you'll hear some Provencal locally to you. Estimated 4 mill speakers of non French native languages in France.

@lisakeb007 @TallyCat8 @HoCStandards Good for you. You do know that as recently as 150 years ago, most French citizens didn't speak French, and only ruthless suppression by the state asserted French dominance. Even today, France is home to many regional language speakers
