It’s unfortunate, but @IHSA_IL just killed high school baseball in Illinois. It’s sad. I have lots of good friends who are HS coaches, and no one has been more committed to covering spring baseball than I over the course of 19 years. But any aspirational baseball player will.

The Recruiting Calendar adoption is ridiculous, too. Last time I checked, coaches don't have to be on the road all the time. You don't need regulation to tell coaches to stay home on Father's Day. But people who want to go out, should have the right. It's called free will.
