@ArrivaKent Why was this terminated early when the road wasn’t closed southbound? Only Northbound was closed. A family member of mine was waiting for this bus! The 22:25 from Tunbridge Wells also never served Tonbridge and went straight to Mereworth?

@liv_rayment I mean technically 2 are bus stand and 1 is a bus stop which is limited to a 3 min wait time then move off as 281 have now started serving Medow Road but cant always stop safely due to a bus parked in the stop 🤷♂️😂

Due to emergency braking a passenger was injured because of this! Yet all your officer had to do was wait 3 seconds for the bus to have passed! Very unprofessional! There is CCTV of this incident and i will be making a report of this!
